The Time is Now to do all of the things that you’ve been thinking about, talking about, planning for and just haven’t put into action. This full day workshop for school leaders will set the stage for what can and should be happening in our schools, and how to execute them to create the best possible learning experience for your students and your team.

Adam will begin the day with his simple, yet profound, message that Kids Are Worth It! Believing that there can be no more excuses, Adam will share how to connect with kids, integrate innovative new technology practices into your curriculum that students will love, creating a culture and climate that the entire community wants to be part of.

Adam will then take participants on an educational deep dive to enable participants to move their organizations forward.   He will focus on two major areas:  relationships and communication, providing new ideas and strategies for immediate implementation.

Adam’s interactive presentation will allow participants to tackle the “hard stuff” and have fun while doing it.  Attendees will work at naming their growth area and come away with an action plan for success.

Adam Welcome has been a teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal and Director of Innovation for a district with 35,000 students.  He was a ’20 To Watch’ with the National School Board Association, Principal of the Year in his region, a Fellow with the National Association of Elementary School Principals, and has been blogging about education for the past 15 years.  Adam is passionate about connecting with other educators from across the country and makes it clear that kids come first and has preached the message of Team Kid for many years.   He is also the co-founder of Kids Deserve It, the best-selling author of four books and he has three podcasts.
