  • Workshop Overview:
School leaders–are you stuck on the school improvement hamster wheel?  Have you launched
new initiatives, implemented new strategies, only to find the intended outcomes are still so far
away? If so, we invite you to join presenter Robyn Jackson as she presents her breakthrough
Buildership Model that will enable you to transform your school with the people and resources
    you already have.
In this full-day workshop, Robyn will explain why it is buildership, not leadership, that will enable
schools to meet the needs of 100% of their students. She will share the four disciplines that
builders must focus upon–feedback, support, accountability, and culture–taking us on a
deep dive into FEEDBACK that is deliberate, differentiated, and developmental.
Robyn will explain how builder’s feedback differs from what instructional leaders may currently
provide. Participants will learn how to look for patterns to get to the root of a teacher’s practice.
Instead of overwhelming teachers with a lengthy checklist of “to do’s”, participants will learn how
the One Thing Feedback tool enables teachers to focus on what is most important.

Demonstrating techniques such as micro-slicing, Robyn will teach participants how to provide
direct feedback that is authentic, differentiated, and immediately transferable.
To move your school forward, you must move the people in it. If you want a master teacher in every
classroom, you must commit to building high levels of both will and skill in every teacher. Join
Robyn to begin your journey from leadership to buildership now.
