The Midwest Principals’ Center helps principals and educational leaders create and guide effective schools by enriching their leadership, affiliation, and knowledge.

• Principals work consistently to improve schools.

• Principals are advocates for children, teachers, and parents and are accountable to all in the community.
• Principals who are active learners are more effective.
