Administrators’ Academy #1137 – The Seven Principles of Sustainable Leadership

Sustainable leadership matters. Andy Hargreaves will focus on the shared responsibility of providing lasting leadership in schools and districts. He will teach that leadership is sustained by how deep learning is approached, committed to and protected. Leaders must also sustain themselves and others to support that learning. If change is to be meaningful and lasting, sustainable leadership must also be a fundamental priority of the systems in which leaders do their work.
